The aim of this training is to clarify the core principles of feedback with a focus on its application in the workplace. Through experiential exercises, participants will realize the importance of feedback as a development tool that supports self-reflection and learning. The main emphasis will be on positive feedback, but participants will also practice giving feedback on average and unsatisfactory performance.
