The aim of this workshop is to help participants better understand how to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers and other constituents. The workshop will be a mixture of theory and practice, and it will enable participants to understand not only their own preferred communication style, but also improve at communicating in a way that ensures successful outcome of goals.
